Two ways to pack
Fixed group order
A set headcount (say 10) at a set price. Everyone commits, the kitchen confirms, and one consolidated order is delivered. Ideal for offices and known crews.
Crowd-pricing
An open bucket where the price falls as strangers in your zip pile in — 1–4 people at full price, 20+ at the deepest discount. The final tier is charged when the clock hits.
The pay-on-delivery trust model
Digital pre-pay is the default "Fast Lane." For groups that want to settle at the door, one verified Group Lead becomes the customer of record — collecting from members, checking off cash in the app, and handing the total to the driver. Reliable Leads climb tiers; no-shows drop to pre-pay only.
